Yeah, the windows look pretty solid actually. They have only been in a few hours but I can recommend Capital UPVC for a quick, tidy and pretty well priced job. Shop around though, I'm not responsible if there's better out there :)

cheers bruv.

A Toshiba HD-DVD player at £250..... only for them to become obsolete less than 6 months later. Awesome.

Can't really think of anything right now. Do have a tendency to buy beanies, world globes and books with no intention of reading them when I have a bit of cash on me.

I assume you have a job now then Dylan? If you're spending my hard earned tax money on the unlikely opportunity you'll make it to the rich list we're going to have to have words!

Ha! My brother did that. Whats possibly worse, is that his neighbour saw him returning with it from the shop, asked what it was etc. He was super impressed, and went out and bought the same one. Double fail :P

BAD RELIGION vinyl box set. I mean, I love it and it looks awesome but I already had all the records. This really is a case of having it as an ornament in the living room. With postage from the US it was probably somewhere in the region of £200. It was "limited to 3,000 copies" - in hindsight I should have realised it was not going to sell out in a week, and probably could have picked one up on eBay a year later for half the price. Fail.org?

1. House. I really really hate my house and my mortgage.
2. Gibson Les Paul. An upgrade after having Les Paul copies for so long. I was way too precious about it and would still only let the copies leave the house, so I figured what was the point, and sold it to Sykes from Last Witness.
3. Orange Rockerverb 100. Too much amp for me. I should have stuck with 5150s. It spent 6 months being used as a bedside table when I lived in Purley.
Drugs come out of boredom, babe.
UN exports it everyday.
Their armies feed the ghetto lame.
Government approve it just the same.

See now, this is why I can see myself holding out indefinitely and probably buying a small flat when I'm 90. I mean, I know you saved for years and were pretty fussy but I am literally of the mindset that if I am finally buying a house or whatever, it has to be fucking perfect. And unfortunately "perfect" on almost every estate agent website I've looked at is about £200,000 more than our budget would be. I guess that's the price you pay for not wanting to live in one of those awful working class areas.

Just you wait..........

only joking of course. I love owning a house, I just wish I timed it better with the housing prices being sky high when I bought.

I do hate my neighbours though, I might have to write an EP about them.
